Put aside Bulgari for a moment, the new Casa Brera is at a MUCH more pleasant neighborhood (right behind La Scala and 5 min walk to Dumo). Gallia is right next the main Milan train station, it’s convenient if you need to travel outside Milan all the time but frankly I wouldn’t really want to take a stroll at night around the hotel.
