Woke up to an email from CS saying they can’t help via email and to call. I assume this stems from the email I sent rather than the complaint form I filled in. I note there’s a fair few return flights opened up, but nothing going out which is disappointing.

is there anything further I can do? I do feel incredibly mis advised by BA here.
