Lunch/Dinner

D1 menu ex-BOS was fairly underwhelming (mostly the same options as the domestic F rotation, minus the Shake Shack burger - which I actually did want to try given the fairly positive reports I've seen)

Starters
Smoked Salmon horseradish cream, caperberry
Mixed Greens roasted red peppers, cucumbers, balsamic vinaigrette
Sourdough Roll Banner Butter

Main Course
Beef Tagliata stroganoff sauce, potato gratin, asparagus
BBQ Chicken Thigh sweet potato gratin, broccoli
Mozzarella Mezzaluna roasted tomato sauce, thyme, basil
Grilled Salmon (Limited) mustard-spinach sauce, oven roasted potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes
Stir Fried Egg Noodles (Limited) smoked tofu, bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, edamame

Dessert
Fruit and Cheese Plate Roth Grand Cru Gruyere, GranQueso, dried fruit, water crackers
Mascarpone Tart cappuccino sauce

Service started with hot towels, then warm nuts with drinks. Interestingly the flight leader did not go around confirming preorders but just handed the tray with the starters/entrees over, and FEBO wasn't followed for those who didn't preorder (went front to back taking orders for those who didn't order ahead).

Smoked salmon starter was fine (very hard to mess that one up), salad was pretty poor by Do&Co standards (and the lettuce was starting to brown), roll was warmed. The ovens on this 75S were not kind to any of the entrees (all the dishes I saw came out similarly splattered/looking like they sat too long in the oven), but the salmon held up pretty well and surprisingly wasn't overcooked or dried out. Vegetables and the mustard sauce (more like a very thick and very rich soup?) were decent as well despite how it looked.

Mascarpone tart for dessert was only ok:

Cookies offered before landing for those who were awake - also got killed by the oven (avoid N710TW) and almost crunchy in parts
