Quick update for anyone interested, I was unable to get ENR2025 to work but some quick googling led me to an Instagram post by [@]ENRICHBYMH dated 18 January 2024, which encourages you to sign up with promo code ENRAOD. This prompted a message in blue, confirming that 'The promo code is applied' (in place of the previous error message).

There's talk of a year-round 5% discount on flight bookings in that post, but I haven't been able to determine if this is dependent on signing up with said code. Perhaps some of the more experienced board members may be able to shed some light.

Some further observations. Was only asked to provide country of residence during sign-up, no full address. Logging in after completing the process, I tried to modify my communication preferences, which are grouped together with personal details in the 'update my profile' section. Trying to deselect any of the preselected consent options mandates filling in the hitherto blank address details. Essentially a choice between promotional spam by Enrich and partners via email, phone call, SMS text, WhatsApp, and push notification; or providing a postal address.

Another point of note are the incessant OTPs via SMS or WhatsApp, and/or captchas. There are a lot of those while browsing the site - my humanity seems perpetually in doubt. Currently at 13 OTPs verifying my identity since signing up less than two hours ago.

I suppose thanks to BA IT are in order for equipping me with the patience and endurance required for the Enrich experience. 😁
