I think you misinterpreted the word milestone. Not a milestone that we achieve by earning X EQMs, but a milestone Alaska IT has to achieve. And the concern is that they currently say Spring, which may turn into "later this year" or worse, similar to how we were told in 2023 we would get mixed partner awards "later in 2024".
