Thank you for the idea, but at 6k for 100k points, the cash rate is definitely cheaper. Although I like the idea to channel points through the system.

I will wait for February and just hope that the redemption will still be available. If not, then it's bad luck, I guess.

I'm not a friend of pre-buying points without a redemption in mind - but right now, I regret my actions.
