At MRS there is no PC lot/5* lot/UC lot there, but as PC you should get an upgrade of a minimum of one class. There is a separate gold counter there, and your keys and agreement should be there not at the main desk, so skip the main line and go there. They were also very polite there too, which is more than can be said for some locations. It's also right outside/opposite the terminal, so a super easy & quick pick up and return.

I was there just a couple of months ago and I was pre-assigned (and pre arrival was emailed details and condition report) a fairly horrible Jeep Renegade (group C), which was indeed an upgrade from what I booked (group B). It wasn't great, and the turn signals sound like an old 80s drum machine, but for a couple of days and some visits into narrow town streets it was fine.
