I just chatted with Amex for a 4th time. They finally agreed to manually apply my credit. I said many people were complaining about this particular resort having issues with the credit, others said they were able to get it manually applied (for 2024), and that usually credits were automatically (within 2 weeks) or require manual intervention. They said it should show up within 5 business days.
