I ordered the KSML. It was atrocious.
Wrong tray loaded; there was no starter, just a main - inedible. It also had no identification label other than “meat” and was not double sealed - the crew brought it to me how it was - they did not unwrap it and expressed to me that this was highly unusual (as they are aware of the usual KSML wrapping requirements)
The “starter” tray was definitely breakfast items, pastry and fruit cups.
No dessert loaded.
The bread roll had red mould - only discovered once I was half way through.
The crew serving me were apologetic but not much they could do.
I requested the IFL log it (as a complaint) as a clear catering issue, which she said she would.
Do you think I also need to raise a complaint through the usual process or will the IFL logging it trigger this complaint automatically?
