Rasalon , kudos on getting your points back. Can you say which Hertz department you contacted, by what method? I too have personal communications from Hertz indicating no points at risk of expiring, yet they took five digits of points from me. I've been in slow-motion attempted correspondence with Hertz -- they're slow to reply, and not diligent in reading what I submit. Would prefer not to have to file a small claim or arbitration about this, and it is reassuring to hear that you were able to get Hertz to honor what they had told you.
