If you search for a lounge on skyteam.com (I put in my home airport of BOS) it now says in the text under each lounge:

Effective 1 April 2025, SkyTeam is making some changes to the lounge access policy for Elite Plus, First and Business Class customers. We thank you for your understanding as we work to make the travel experience smoother for you and all our customers.
