For posterity, I noticed that space ex-TPE started opening up for Sunday Jan 11, 2026, but it was really delayed that day. I'm assuming either it was manually reopened during late Taipei-time working hours or the blackout mask was set to auto-expire midnight Taipei-time.

Monday Jan 12, 2026 space opened up at around the expected time, and releases have been back to normal since.
