Cleared cookies, multiple browsers, etc. Used the app, worked fine. Bought another ticket Monday 1/28, same problem, used the app again. Just now (2/1), tried to buy another ticket, same problem, figured I had some time so I'd call in. First agent said he could book it at no charge or transfer me to web support. Opted for web support, who told me it's a system wide problem and booked the ticket for me at no charge. Also opened a trouble ticket, so I'll see how it goes, will need to buy another ticket in a couple days.
Same, but been ongoing for over six months. I've tried different Browsers (Edge, firefox, Chrome). Different incognito/Private modes of same. I tried a friends Mac instead of my Windows and multiple browsers - I just can't finish the purchase in a browser. I've called in, there is no access to technical support anymore. They will "open a ticket for me", which has done nothing. They'll happily finish the transaction for me if I give them the cart number. The app works just fine. I am at a loss how to resolve this.
