I wasn’t asking TK for reimbursement I was asking to refund my paid money for the tickets. I think you misunderstood the entire story! DOT wouldn’t help if I asked for reimbursement of the new ticket. Trust me I tried all option to speak with TK with their JFK office, creating more 10 feedback and even went their Istanbul office for assistance!
