BA have made a decision to prioritise BA passengers in situations where lounges are expected to get full. This has been the case for many years - just look at the many posts about BA lounges in the US. As noted already, GVA gets very busy this time of year, so it is hardly unexpected that capacity limits are an issue.

I hate to break it to some people, but access to a BA lounge is not one of the articles in he human right's act.
