If you turned away the Silver flying BA instead, they would rightly feel mightily peeved.
Indeed, as Mrs RC was when she was turned away (as a silver in Y) from the DXB lounge and sent to the Marhaba instead.
But perhaps I muddied the waters with a comment that played off one group of pax against another - the main point of my thread was that it would be disingenuous of BA to dress up a commercial decision to reserve capacity, as a fire/H&S issue that would only apply if a lounge was already at capacity.
