This is a MU policy change, not a "Skyteam Elite Plus Lounge Policy Change"
zero chance DL does this, they are pretty explicitly moving in the opposite direction as they've already removed lounge access for their own elites in Y on international flights, why would they then turn around and give it to those same elites on domestic flights???
