- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked Superior Room with 2 single beds, with balcony and that was it.


- How are the rooms? Small but good used space. Sink and doors to WC and shower directly from room.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Clean

Bad: Door to balcony could bee a little more soundproof. A lot of trafic nices. No pool at hotel. Restaurant beside the lobby is open or maybee not? One evening we could order something to eat and a glas of wine, the next evening when we try to order some wine they send us to rooftoop. "No have"...

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? na

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? In room 3 Macarones and a welcome letter. Welcome drinks at Rooftop bar were softdrinks, no wine but some cocktails from a list.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? 400 Bath Would you return? No, I will not return mostly for "No Pool" but there are other places in this city I prefer before Surawong.
