That is really cold to refuse a child but actually have the takeout stuff in the back. The service seems toxic from your description of the way things are playing out.

I wouldn't stay here because I don't want to bring my giant Trenta tumbler on vacation. My Hyatt profile actually has 8 bottles of water ("extra") as a preference and the best properties fulfil that wish. GH Jeju gave 8 each day plus ones for the turndown beside. I bring my own personal preference sunscreen and would gladly pay for drinks at the pool. Just load me up with free room water! I'm really not hard to please but this place seems to take the cake.

Andaz's brand motto was that the hotel is supposed to be like your own home. This sounds like nothing like that.
