Checking "my trips" on my Honors account, I was shocked to see a reservation for three nights in March at Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World priced at $1,073.48 when the otherwise identical reservation in my travel folder showed a price of $722.73. i have the printout to prove this. This is not just a minor mistake, and had I not looked at "my trips" I would have no idea that I was being overcharged by over $350. Since I never touched my original reservation, how the heck can this happen? I am now rebooking at what happens to be a price that's $11 lower than my original rate but I will not cancel my original reservation until I call Hilton tomorrow and try to find how this bait and switch took place.
