A bit disappointing on the bag drop thing. Especially at the Delta One lounge of all places, where the word "No" should really not be in their vocabulary.
I was surprised because I’d literally wondered about this and thought I’d researched/confirmed that there would not be an issue. Flying in from DCA, flying delta all the way was not an option unless I either flew in the night before or wanted a non-direct flight, so I flew Alaska and made sure to build plenty of time in to get an alternate flight if there was a cancellation or delay. I will say that once I got here the service in the lounge had been wonderful, and the attendant who was serving drinks at the check in area was also lovely.
