The Excel Tokyu Shibuya is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. I don't need the services of a higher-end hotel, but prefer something bigger than the tiny rooms at an APA. The location can't be beat, both in term of it being right in the center of Shibuya, and the transit connections to the rest of the city (including direct service to NRT via the N'EX).
