I generally request either low fat or low calorie meal on flights, unless I fly in First.
I don’t think that the meals BA serves in business class worth the calories.
I didn’t care for the starter, which was some sort of poached fish (salmon?), avocado and other veggies.
The side was bean salad with spiced tomato puree at the bottom.
The main was lovely, paprika cod with sti fry veggies and rice vermicelli.
The dessert was also great, it was vanilla semolina pudding with fruits.
For breakfast I just had fruit and a standard croissant. There was also a side of non dairy (potentially oat or almond) yoghurt with some fruits and seeds which was tasty.
