Interesting. I've recently reported a similar bug, wherein all possible packages showed on the portal, but as soon as I would log in, all options besides the messaging would disappear. But it only happened on my PNR, and not my wife. So I suspect in my case it was related to the free wifi for Ulti. But maybe it's a different issue.
