I have to fly CCU-BLR and it is important that I do not fall foul of issues such as delays, IRROPs etc, as I have a long-haul flight to catch with hefty no-show fees early the next morning. On this sector my choices are either 6E or IX. I will have close to 20 Kg checked baggage. I am *G but I gather this is irrelevant for IX. Which flight would you take - IX or 6E.
