Let's not slag off WT+ too much - afterall we FT folk are used to the premium seats - but compared to what most UK travellers are used to WT+ is utter luxury.
If you were shoe horned into a Britannia Airways 767 with 28in pitch for 12 hours you would need to have an operation to untie your tubes before you could ever piss again - let alone on anyone's cornflakes.
