Usually there's only a small packet of snack and small bottle of water when I fly BA ET from LHR, even for a flight of similar duration.
It will be a sandwich, choice of cereal bar or crisps, and a full complimentary bar service. Departures pre-9.30 will not be offered crisps and alcohol won’t be offered proactively but if you ask the crew once they have completed the service they will be happy to oblige. Also there are usually extra sandwiches left at the end of the service, don’t be afraid to ask.
