I flew Jan 2nd on Air Dolimiti from MUC-MXP. This was booked and ticketed through AC on an 014 ticket in Business class C, after connecting in MUC flying YYZ-MUC on the same ticket.
I haven't received points or and SQx so submitted a Missing A Transaction request and got a reply within a couple of hours saying that my fare class was not eligible to earn points.
I replied to the credits email with screenshots of AC's Earning With Partners showing that this should be awarded at 150%. I'm still awaiting a response on this second email sent.
In the last 3 years I've flown a mix of Air Dolomiti segments (all on 014, but sold as AC codeshare, as Air Dolomiti EH, or as LH), and none of them registered correctly. At one point I was talking to AC about 4 segments for 6 months, mailing in every few weeks, and it took multiple adjustments to get it right. I never let up, because one year it crossed the SQD requirement... It's so messed up, it has got to be a coding problem at AC/AP. Keep at it, maybe they'll fix it, I'll be on Dolomiti again in future...
