Gates A1/3/5/7/9 are all having/had biometrics fitted.

The proposed arrival procedures may alarm some people on here. As there is no provision for a separate corridor, the plan would be to Barometrically screen each passenger upon disembarkation !!, the passengers would then proceed to the main International arrival hall upon which there would be a Domestic channel where you would then you would have to go through another biometric gate. This was told to me over a year ago which I dismissed as unworkable, alas it was mentioned by a BA source last week and so, still seems to be the plan for T2.
