Paid upgrade yes, Avios no.

Flew in November Brussels to Bangkok, paid ticket outbound Y, Inbound Business class R-class.
Used Avios to Upgrade to Bangkok, Was cheaper then paid upgrade total 85000 Avios (Airport upgrade in the lounge Doha).


Paid was EUR1484.00 cash.
