My daughter and her friend are planning to visit China (her friend's parents are Chinese and live in China) over Easter. The flights from Heathrow to CGK connect, and they plan to stay just under 10 days. They are University Students, so would prefer not to spend the £60 to £70 on a visa if it is not necessary. My daugthers friend is Chinese, with a British Passport and can speak Chinese well.
What advice should I give them ?
100% visa needed as it is not a transit.
