When you initially qualify you will get 2 Jokers. You must use these before the end of the membership year or they will expire and be replaced by 2 new ones which last the duration of the next membership year.
The same does not apply for partner cards- the ones you get when you qualify will last you for any remaining membership year and all of next year, i.e. don’t give them out immediately expecting them to be replaced.
The GUFs you get this year will each last 1 year from the day you earn them and can be extended by 6 months. You will get new ones when you reach 35,000 and 50,000 TPs next year.
