Spark by Hilton Bentonville on Walton Boulevard, it's a good idea to start making arrangements now. The changing fortunes of various hotel brands are clearly evident at the location. Over the past fifteen years, Google Street View reveals that the building has housed these names: Sleep Inn (around 2008), Motel 6 (2012), Baymont Inn (2016), Red Roof Plus (2017), Quality Inn (2022), Spark (2025).
Not to mention that Google Maps also has the location quasi-currently listed as "Bentonville Ozark Oasis" (but that didn't seem to last long enough for Street View to get a picture) and digging into the results shows that it was built in 1998 and most recently sold to an affiliate of "
Magna Hospitality" (
