Over the past fifteen years, Google Street View reveals that the building has housed these names: Sleep Inn (around 2008), Motel 6 (2012), Baymont Inn (2016), Red Roof Plus (2017), Quality Inn (2022), Spark (2025).
Not to mention that Google Maps also has the location quasi-currently listed as "Bentonville Ozark Oasis" (but that didn't seem to last long enough for Street View to get a picture) and digging into the results shows that it was built in 1998 and most recently sold to an affiliate of "Magna Hospitality" (https://talkbusiness.net/2024/07/rea...ari-buys-home/), also apparently the Sleep Inn iteration actually ceased doing business for a period of time in 2011 rather than reflagging (https://www.nwaonline.com/news/2011/...tels-closing/; the neighboring then-Clarion, now-Four Points was also closed per reporting) -- certainly seems like there's some tumult in an area that I would have thought would be more stable given the Wal-Mart draw
