If I want to try good soba in Tokyo, will about any place offering soba do, or do I have to go to specific places? Any recommendations here? Preferably in the Akasaka or Roppongi areas, but Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya will all do too.

I am not an advanced soba "user". I know cheap Chinese made soba from the Asian supermarket back at home are horrible, and I know soba tastes way better with real grated wasabi than with fake wasabi powder.
