We are flying Premium Economy MEL/ATH, and return from IST/MEL.

I know there is no lounge access with PE. Yesterday I upgraded the leg from IST to DBX to business using points and so wonder if that will entitle us to lounge access in Istanbul?

Second questions is is there actually an Emirates lounge in Istanbul or do they use a partner lounge? I did try to Google but conflicting answers.
