I can assure everyone that they will take your bags to your room. They have taken our bags to our room and I see the girls (and a few guys) handling the luggage downstairs regularly load the numerous bags (the vast majority of them are high end brands like Rimowa, Louis Vuitton, Tumi, etc) into elevators by themselves (no guests in tow) in order to bring them into the guests' rooms.

And BTW, the girls at the desk downstairs who handle the luggage are the nicest and sweetest people we have ever met at hotels and they give a wonderful and positive first impression of the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo.
