I've never booked Etihad before. I just booked an Economy Deluxe fare which has no refund fees, but in Manage Booking it says otherwise. When I click to cancel, it says £240.

Also, the fare classes (U and E) seem to be very low classes.

Chat and phone agents confirmed it would be free cancellation but they couldn't/wouldn't send the complete fare rules (can I look them up somewhere?) and none of my documentation has the fare rules nor mentions 'Economy Deluxe'.

Am I worrying too much?
