Ah, was 40K is 35k PE to MAD and 5k Y to LIS? Then if you pursue this through IB it can be 75% rebate on the 35K so end up paying 8.75k but it'll be an uphill battle with this being booked through BA. If you just ask BA for a refund of dff it'll be 20k. Is 20k-8.75k worth your time fighting with IB,....
