The two most important criteria is fine dining, with an option of “free-flow” champagne. We’re a family of 5 adults, and I believe that the younger ones would prefer a buffet..
For fine dining, J’Aime by Jean-Michel Lorain does a monthly Michelin starred brunch. Not buffet, but you get a menu delivered to the table. The Okura does a weekly bunch which also sounds like it would hit the mark, or the W if you want something more fun. Personally I’m addicted to the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit’s brunch with live jazz, though it’s not quite as over the top luxury as some others.
