That's an awful of time spent changing hotels for a four night stay. Personally, I would try to stick to one or at max two properties. The location of all three is good, with LM's perhaps being perhaps more interesting though a bit farther from Termini. W and Westin are both in the same general area below the Borghese Gardens. It's not a particularly charming location but reasonably convenient.
I agree about the frequency of changing hotels. By the time that you pack up, check out, go to the new property, check in, get up to your room, etc., you kill half a day with every change.
I actually think that the Excelsior is in a great location. Right on the Via Veneto, nice sidewalk café where I've enjoyed hours of sitting, reading and relaxing, short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Via Condotti, and subway to the Vatican right under the Spanish Steps. If only the hard product of the hotel were a bit nicer. I still remember that hotel from the 1960s and 1970s, when it was THE place to see and be seen in Rome.
