BE fares usually go up to W so yes, if K BE fare is available, it's def possible to get L BE fares.

You can:
- call UA to book - may need to get a skilled agent and may be subject to the ticketing fee ($25?)
- book through a TA (international BE only)
- find out the exact fare basis you need and price it on ITA Matrix (https://matrix.itasoftware.com). Then copy as JSON and use BookWithMatrix (https://bookwithmatrix.com) to book on OneTravel (Priceline or others won't work)

To find the exact fare basis is semi-easy. Price your flight on ITA Matrix with just dates, O/D, and airlines. Select the flight combination you want and locate the fare basis code. Replace the first letter with the fare class you want (generally up to S or W, depending on the market) and reprice your flight with the fare basis
