If it's all AS domestic you can just cancel one leg on the website and generally I find I get wallet credit for the original one way fare. YMMV

Last month I took an outbound DE flight booked through Alaska and canceled the return afterwards because the international partner fare would have repriced if I did it before departure and I would have lost my seat assignment. The refund for the return was about 1/3 of the total fare in that case.
