We have sent an email to your new email address containing a link to validate your email account and to enable access to your Executive Club on ba.com
Looks very genuine and the sender and links all go back to ba.com. (Obviously I have made no such request!).
Just wondering this is another IT glitch.
Can you login to your account? as this sounds like what a hacker would do to enter your account and empty it
