The confirmation E-Mail you received from BA when you booked the flight has the AS PNR on it. Just put that into the Alaska app and off you go.
Actually there was no AS PNR on my confirmation email, just the BA one. But the ticket numbers were there, and I used those in a chat with AS to get the AS PNR. And using that, I was able to add the flight to “my trips” on the AS website.
