Bravo BA. The solution to many of your customers wanting to call you outside of your call centre hours in the UK isn’t to have a 24h contact centre like every other global airline… nope. It is to stop those in your home market from being able to contact you at all at times that suit them.
I mean, the obvious solution is to release flights at 1400 UK - which can satisfy both the UK, European and majority of the US market.
