I have a flight in about T-71. The flight status page just started showing 18 people on the upgrade list -- and I'm not on it! My reservation still says "waitlisted for first class". Is this the same "displaying normally" we're talking about here? Why would these other 18 people be listed at T-72 but I wouldn't show until "checked in"?

Edit: At exactly T-71, the waitlist now shows 45 including me. This is interesting that is shows a bit of the inner workings of the waitlist. They're waiting until [just after] the status level's eligible window to actually add them to the waitlist.
