I recommend Turtle Cove. I stayed there with a friend of mine who was returning for the second time about 2-3 years ago.

The accomodations while not glamorous are fine. The staff was friendly. The private beach is great and they offer gay group tours to the reef and the forests with the other guests that can be a lot of fun (if they overbook make sure you know in advance as the straight tour is not always as fun.)

They are remotely located and provide meal service and cocktails.

As I said we had a lot of fun. My friend and I can be hotel snobs at times, but were not at all uncomfortable here.
