the problem is that if it's a return flight, you're going to lose seat selection on the return flight

what i was hoping to do was to change FFN to QR at check in, once landed switch it back to BA, re-reserve my seats for the second flight, then change to QR again at check in, anyone can think of any reason why this wouldn't work?

seems a bit mad though :-D
