Switching to a system where you can see the offer on the web only once was a really brilliant strategy for antagonizing Chase’s customers and dissuading them from bothering with these offers.
For several of my cards, I’ve gotten no email & my very first query for each on the mybonus page resulted in the “already enrolled” message. Great work, IT team. Aces all around.
