That's surprising, helpdesk should know this. All flights booked before 12pm 30th Dec 2024 honour the terms and conditions. You would be awarded according to the 'old system' converted to newTP, ie factor 40/3 or 13.333.
However, if your IE flight is AA marketed but EI operated, you won't receive any tier points for that leg. See

For example, an AA flight number on HA. You earn nothing. The rule is that both the flight number and the operating carrier have to be in oneworld to earn. Some have successfully had Avios and Tier Points awarded in this instance but that is the exception and very much not the rule.
